RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We, here at Jasmine Karen, are dedicated to and value customer service.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase or purchases from the JASMINE KAREN website, we will accept all returns and will refund the full price of the purchases (including taxes paid) if the following conditions are met:

  • item(s) are in new condition and have never been used or worn.

  • contains original price tags and fashion brand tags.

  • item(s) have never been washed or altered.

Items purchased with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, & American Express) refunds will be returned in the same manner and will post on the purchasee's next statement.  An email notification will be sent to the email on file with Jasmine Karen, confirming completion of the return of the (credit) refund.  

 

All returned/exchanged orders processed through our Jasmine Karen online website must be mailed back to our distribution store within 30 days from the day which the order was shipped.  Exchanges will be shipped out within two days after receiving returned merchandise in the above condition stated above.  When returning merchandise by mail, please follow the steps below:

  1. fill out the return/exchange packing slip with the requested information.

  2. securely pack all merchandise in it's original shipping box along with the packing slips andd materials.

  3. Affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed return label to the original shipping box.

  4. take your return mail package to the corresponding postal service store stated on the pre-paid, pre-addressed return label.  

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS:  We do not accept returns or exchanges of items purchased on sale.
